How long does delivery take?
Express — 24 hours; Standard — 1–2 days between any cities of the network. On the Tashkent — Fergana route, express parcels dropped off in the evening are usually handed out the next morning.
How much does it cost?
Standard — from 15 000 UZS per shipment up to 20 kg, Express — from 30 000 UZS. Full terms are on the rates page; the calculator gives the exact amount instantly.
What is volumetric weight?
A light but bulky box takes as much room in the van as a heavy one — so we compare actual weight with volumetric (Length × Width × Height in cm ÷ 6000) and charge the greater. The calculator does this automatically.
How do I get a discount?

Sending and receiving
How do I track my parcel?
SMS messages arrive automatically at every step: on intake, on dispatch, and on arrival in the recipient's city. The arrival SMS contains the code the recipient uses to collect the parcel in a couple of minutes.
Do I need to pack the parcel myself?
Not necessarily: we pack and label at the pick-up point. Fragile items are worth extra protection — we will advise on the spot. Branded packaging is free for shipments from 5 kg.
What is the maximum weight?
Up to 20 kg per shipment (by the greater of actual and volumetric weight). Heavier — call our manager for an individual solution.
What cannot be shipped?
Money and securities, weapons, flammable and toxic substances, pressurised aerosols, perishables without thermal packaging, animals, and anything prohibited by the laws of Uzbekistan. In doubt — ask us before shipping.
Where are the pick-up points?
In Tashkent — 34 Bobur Street; in Fergana — 67A Al-Farghani Street. Both open daily 9:00–21:00, under 24/7 video surveillance.
